The Perfect Moon

When we look to the night sky, most of us see a shining orb that changes size and shape and a whole bunch of pin-sized lights. It's now common knowledge that the Moon affects water movement on earth. The tides ebb and flow with the pull of the Moon.

If you're a copywriter, the intuitive, mystical or occult audience is an ever-growing market that's worth tapping. Most Intuitives see the Web as an ideal way to attract covert followers... and in that regard, their intuition is dead-on.

Why all the secrecy? Pretend for the moment that you're the typical Astrology client. Maybe you feel a little silly telling the naysayers at your office and even in your family that you've been seeking answers in the stars. Thanks to anonymity on the web, no one has to know that you just ran your husband's birthday through that Astrologi cal Personality Profiler and are now clued into his Venus in Scorpio that may be clashing with your Mars in Gemini which is why sparks always fly in the bedroom after you've had another one of your hair-raising arguments.

How do you imagine that an impressionable reader might react to such news? She will either, 1. take it to heart, becoming discouraged and depressed at the approaching downer that's about to befall her, or 2. grow angry at the relayer of the dismal forecast for insinuating that she is anything short of perfect.

She might even head out to the liquor store to load up for her upcoming bender that she didn't know she was going on before the Astrology website sealed her fate. (And to think: she didn't even drink before this!)

It's true that not everything in this world is positive, including whatever comes up on your computer-generated Astrology reading. But in dealing with the sensitive human psyche, one who writes for this field should know how to comfort, motivate, inspire and encourage. She should fill the reader with faith and hope in herself and the world around her... as well as the power to deal with whatever adversity may come her way during the course of her lifetime.

Therefore, to lessen the blow of a bad reading, a good copywriter will know how to break the bad news gently. The same Astrology cli ent who received the dismal report above might do well to hear something along the lines of:

During this period, energy is at an all-time low. You may find yourself feeling ineffectual and self-defeating, with positive relations being put on a temporary back burner. Such down periods are the psyche's way of 'recharging' its internal battery for more progressive action later. Now, that doesn't sound so bad, does it? If you were the recipient of such a reading, you'd surely be armed with a better way of dealing with the oncoming discord in your life. This, in effect, gives the Spiritually Hungry what they really need: nourishment for their discontented souls.

As ide from the havoc that spreading bad vibes can wreak on the Universe alone, the Spiritual Advisor should consider the impact of her words for marketing purposes and the success of her business. If you were selling fruit baskets on your website, would you ever tell the reader, Beware the occasional rotted pear in your gift sampler! You certainly would not, if you ever expect to sell anything. Likewise, if you're pitching Enlightenment, you want your customer to have full faith that you can deliver the Good (as opposed to the Bad).

If a psychic's clients don't care for the way she tells their fortune, guess what? They're probably not coming back to her for future advice.

It's in an Intuitive's best interest to remember the tender, vulnerable souls of her audience, and deliver her readings with temperance, good intentions, empathy for the human condition, and above all, Love. Develop Your Psychic Ability

TRUST YOURSELF. This is still the greatest way to develop your psychic ability and any other talents that you have. You develop anything that interests you by working with it, practicing a lot, and becoming aware of everything that is written, everything that is working, and aware of the people in the field who are making a huge achievement.

For your own psychic awareness stArt to become aware of how your receive messages. What does it feel like? How does it come in? Is there a specific pArt of your being that is receiving the information? How do you make an assessment that this is a message? How do you know? What do you feel? Trus t this process. As you become more aware of your own space, ability, and the psychic energy, set up little experiments for yourself. For an example: Put out a casual thought for someone to call you. Record how many times that happens. Become aware of your dreams, and watch if any of these come true and how often.

Listen silently, and see if you can pick up the thoughts of someone who is physically near you. StArt with someone you know well, like a friend or relative. See if you can hear the words, or get an impression of the thought picture that they are holding in their mind. Do not be afraid of this. You are practicing and developing as you would with any musical instrument, any new tool, or any skill. A pArt of you is a casual and objective observer. You are just becoming aware of what is there. You become aware of how you receive, and how you can transmit, and then you become aware of pictures, sounds, or words coming spontaneously in.

Some techniques of practice according to the Spiritcommunity.com website- Try pausing before you do something. For example, when the phone rings pause a few seconds before answering, can you tell who it is? Try it when someone knocks at your front door. Try it at work, can you tell when someone is happy, sad or pre-occupied with other things on their mind? Try to become universally aware, let your mind and body become an antenna to psychic information that flows through and about you. Touch objects that belong to someone that you know and try to see if you sense any impressions of that person. Work with a known psychic who is very adept at the psychic practice and who can teach you well. You need to feel very comfortable and trust this person.

One of the ways to develop and hone your talent is to work with the energy. Keep allowing yourself to receive messages. When the information is correct, try to determine how it was correct, how that felt before and during the impressions. Was it a strong feeling? Was it more subtle? Pay attention to these little promptings. If you are open to this, you get prompting very frequently throughout the day. These are all little flashes of your psychic ability. The more that you tune in, the more clearer your impressions and flashes will become.

What is a Horoscopea Small Introduction Into Astrology

Im Capricorn, youre Leo, my mother is Taurus and the neighbor is Aquarius.

Does this sound familiar? I believe so. Nowadays, most of us know our zodiacal sign and the interest we have for this subject is continuously growing. But how many of us actually know what a Horoscope and a chart are?

The answer: few! This is why so many questions and interpretations get born, a thing that ultimately leads to the defamation of Astrology. You dont need to be an Astrologer to know some things about Astrology, some elements that will help you.

This article was made for the specific purpose of explaining briefly and without details, what a Horoscope is and what are the main components of a chart.

First of all, what does it mean that Im Capricorn and youre Leo? The basic zodiacal sign we keep talking about is given by the Suns position at birth. Therefore, Im Capricorn because the Sun was in Capricorn when I was given birth. You can identify this when you make a chart. The chart represents the astral map of an entity (individual, community etc.) at a certain time. It contains a lot of elements that help at making a Horoscope or an Astrologic analysis.

For making a Horoscope or an Astrologic analysis you need three elements:
- The zodiacal sign
- The Planets
- The Astrological houses

At all this you can add a lot of other elements that bring more information.

The Planets

There are 10 Planets (Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto) and they represent a certain characteristic of an individual, a certain type of energy.

For example, the Sun represents our basic personality, our ego, the conscious, while the Moon represents our subconscious and emotions. So when I say Im Capricorn, I actually say that my basic personality has all of Capricorns characteristics. But the fact that I have the Moon in Pis ces, for example, makes my emotions similar to the zodiacal sign of Pisces. The same way, Mercury represents the mentality, the way we think and communicate; Venus represents the feeling and the things we like, while Mars represents our basic energy.

The Planets form between themselves many angles and relations. These relations can be: harmonically (those of 60,120,0 degrees) and un-harmonically (45,90,180 degrees).

The zodiacal Signs

There are 12 zodiacal Signs (Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, Pisces) and Im sure you know them very well. They represent certain characteristics that have a strong influence on the Planets. A Moon in Aries will be totally different then a Moon in Libra.

The Astrological houses

The 12 Astrological houses symbolize the activity sectors in every persons life. These are being calculated according to the hour and the place of birth. These can have different sizes (in degrees). For example, the 7th house symbolizes the partner, marriage, contractual relationships etc. The 10th is the house of carrier and social elevation.

About the houses, there is an aspect that was a mandatory role: the first grade of a house is called cusps (or cuspis). There are 4 big cusps: the Ascendant (1st house), the Middle of the sky (10th house), the Descendant (7th house) and the Bottom of the sky (4th house). The one most known is the Ascendant, which according to the zodiacal sign its in, it symbolizes the qualities one must gain during this lifetime.

To make an Astrological analyze, one must count all this factors plus a lot of others a thing that depends on each Astrologer in part.

Gemini Sign North Node Your Soul's Mission and Path to Fulfillment!

The nodes (south and north node) are two points in an astrological chart that possess priceless information about ones karmic past and Soul-destined future. Calculated by using the birth data of the individual, the nodes symbolize the unique life path that one is on and can answer many questions about his own, as well as his partners, inner struggles and desires -- answers that can transform not only his relationship but his life.

Since there are twelve signs of the zodiac, there are also twelve unique nodal positions -- each pair of nodes (north and south) representing two opposite signs of the zodiac. For instance, a Gemini Sign North Node is paired with a Sagittarius Sign South Node because they are opposites. The journey from a Sagittarius south node to a Gemini north node is not an easy one. But the promise it holds for the individual willing to step up to the challenge is equally great.

The Sagittarius south node reveals a Soul that has spent many incarnations as a wild, self-righteous, and unrestricted entity a traveler of the physical and spiritual worlds living on its own terms. As a result, in the present life, this individual is still attracted to a natural existence and will go far out of his way to escape any type of responsibility.

To the Sagittarius south node individual, responsibility represents restriction and restriction is synonymous with death. To avoid that imagined predicament, he rushes around trying to finish his chores as quickly as possible and thinka that once hes done, he will be free to do as he pleases.
