The Total Solar Eclipse

Astronomer Johannes Kepler did not have the benefit of sophisticated telescopes or computers yet, in the 17th century, he was able to establish a proven harmonic relationship between the planets. In his third law of planetary motion Kepler states: The orbital period of a planet is proportional to its distance to the Sun This was first revealed in his seminal work Harmonice Mundi or 'Harmony of the World' in 1619. It is also known as the Harmonic Law.

Keplers discoveries still hold firm today and corroborate the Pythagorean based theory, that the fabric of our existence is woven with number.

One of the ways that we can visibly observe the presence of this theory is in the relationship and planetary intervals between the Sun, Moon and Earth. More specifically in the observation of Eclipses that occur in regular, repeating numbered patterns known as The Saros Cycle. On Earth we can witness anything between two and five solar Eclipses in a year. The periodicity of each cycle is 18 years, 11 days and 8 hours and there are some 70 Eclipses (lunar and solar) in each Saros series, spanning 1,260 years.

The Sun is but one star amongst an infinite number of others, within an infinite number of galaxies. However, without this star and indeed the solar system, life would just not exist. Although, in the greater scheme of things, the Sun is a fairly insignificant star, its size may be better appreciated when I tell you that, hypothetically, it could accommodate one million planets the size of Earth. Being approximately 109 times the diameter of the Earth, the Sun is 400 times greater than the Moons diameter, whilst the Moon is approximately one-quarter the Earths diameter.

In one of the most beautiful displays of perfection and Synchronicity known to Man, under certain conditions the disc of the Moon is able to completely blot out the light of the Sun, which throws a path of darkness over the surface of the Earth. It is an event k nown as a Total Solar Eclipse.

Due to its distance from the Sun and Earth, and the plane of its orbit when it comes between them, the Moon will periodically cover the face of the Sun in various degrees of obscuration. Thus we can have Total, Annular, Partial and Non Central Eclipses.

The next one in the Saros cycle, is a Total Solar Eclipse, which will occur on Mar 29 2006 at 10.11:21 GMT for duration of 4 minutes and 7 seconds. The area of darkness that the Moons shadow will cause is known as the path of totality. This eclipse has a path of totality that sweeps up from Brazil crossing the South Atlantic Ocean and making landfall through Togo, Benin. Nigeria, Niger, Chad,Libya and Egypt and then extending on up through Turkey and ending in Mongolia.

With the introduction of space probes such as SOHO (Solar and Heliospheric Observatory), those in scientific community are beginning to understand the forces that the Sun can have upon the Earth. Particular at tention has been paid in recent years to the impact of Solar Flares and sunspots on the Earth.

In brief, sunspots are the visible affects of the Suns magnetic forces. Sunspots have now been shown to have the greatest affect upon life on Earth when they are either most prevalent at times of Solar Maximum (around 100 sunspots), or most absent (zero sunspots) known as Solar Minimum. In yet another display of collaboration within the Universe, this sunspot cycle lasts for around 11 years - just short of the Eclipse cycle, enfolded within the longer-term solar activity cycle that lasts for 80-90 years. (Known as the Gleisberg cycle).

At times of maximum sunspots the Earth's gravitational field is severely impacted causing migratory animals to lose their bearings, whales to beach themselves and lose directional ability. Power outages occur, electronic equipment, including mobile phones can go haywire and satellites in space can even be destroyed. Conversely, between 16 45 and 1715 in a period known as the Maunder Minimum, the lack of solar activity led to the period known as the Little Ice Age.

It is therefore safe to extrapolate that if alterations to the surface of the Sun causes recognisable terrestrial events, that the entire light of the Sun being obscured from the Earth is going to have enormous consequences. Something that observers of rhythm and pattern (also known as astrologers!) have known since the beginning of civilisation.

This upcoming eclipse is one of three in the last century to occur in the sky at the 8th degree of the zodiac (8 Aries). The other two were in 1968 and 1987. This one however is expected to be the most potent. We judge this by the fact that the other two were not total Eclipses and they did not last for even one minute of time. This eclipse is 4 minutes and 07 seconds in length.

The fact that we also have planets aligning with the Galactic Centre at the time of this eclipse and in angular relationships (or harmonic resonance) with other planetary bodies will also prove significant.

Empirical evidence shows that Eclipses have most impact on those countries that lie under the path of totality and those for whom the degree of the eclipse resonates with their birth moment in someway. By this I mean that any person, country or manifest object whose inception involves 8 degrees of the cardinal signs (Aries, Libra, Capricorn or Cancer) is likely to experience events that mirror the celestial event.

Using our theory of number underpinning the Universe, the conjunction of two planets is thought to resonate to the number one, the number of Unity. Within 'Unity' all that is enfolded will unfold in the course of the cycle and indeed, continue to unfold further through subsequent Cycles.

As the disc of the Moon is symbolically putting out the light of the Sun, this correlates with events, which possess a quality of death and rebirth the ending of one pha se of being and the beginning of a new. As the cycle unfolds the Sun, Moon and other planets will make aspects to the original eclipse degree of 8 Aries, triggering International events at those places where the eclipse is either visible, or is rising or setting at that location, or makes transits to chart positions.

People (or any other thing made manifest) who are born on or around 29 March +/- 3 days in any year, will find their lives and fortunes resonate strongly to the Solar/Lunar Cycles and in particular to future eclipse Cycles.

In fact, if the planets are analogous to the mechanism of an intricate celestial clock, the revolutions involved in Eclipses may truly be described as the markers of time - the important Cycles of destiny.

There is a Mars in my Kitchen

When the Great Emperor Nala lost his Kingdom and wandering in the forests with his wife Damayanthi, due to cruel disposition of the planets in his horoscope, both the King and Queen had to beg and pray for food and cloth. Even the Great King had to share half of the sarry worn by the Queen. That is the way the planets play their game into our life. There is a proverb : When the person looses strength,even the ground hits him. That is why Shakespeare [King Lear says like this : As the flies to the wanton boys , are we to the Gods?; They kill us for their sport;

Yet there is positive side in the game play of the planets. They will not kill us, unless destined. They make us to fight back.After all life is full o f fight; Full of activity. When the planets make us to loose everything, due to cruel disposition, they give us something precious in return, so that we sustain the fight and ultimately come back victorious; Getting , not only what we did lost,but also additional glory and honour for being truthful and not deserting our duties and Dharma. Accordingly, when the Kings named above , with one more addition of Bheema of Pandavas, have been driven to the state of beggars, The Mars came to the rescue. The Kings are Mars people. King Nala and Bheemasena of Pandavas were gifted with the Art of cooking. The Art of cooking is synonym with these two Great W arrior Kings. Both of them survived with this gift of Art of cooking in their time of distress. As quoted in my Article ,Blame it on Mars, Mantreshwara praises Mars as residing in kitchen fire. Unless the Mars bestows his grace, the food cooked will not get taste. Provocation of taste buds is by Mars. The fire in the kitchen is also due to Mars. Firstly Mars represents fire. Secondly the fuel we use consist of charcoal or fire-wood comes from EArth, who is mother of Mars. There is a ritu al under which little pArt of the rice food prepared in a charcoal or firewood stove, is taken by hand and put in the fire for the fire-god. Then only the food is offered to the other gods and later consumed. The Gas stove also consumes gas which is taken from the womb of the EArth, from where the Mars is supposed to have come from. Oven and Electrical stoves consume electricity, may need a different interpretation, since they do not come under direct EArth fuel. The food prepared i n Gas or Oven, is not tasty also. That is apArt, the Kitchen fire representing Mars, gives us the power to sustain the life. When Mars is in good position in a persons horoscope, that person is inclined to prepare the tasty food, even though he may be a good soldier or a Mars man brandishing muscles in other aspects. The food prepared by such person gets a special taste. Or when the kitchen is positioned in consonance with the Mars position, then also that place is blessed. That is why some eating places, restaurants, hotels earn money by getting name in their tasty foods.

Whenever there is in-digestion, the state of in-digestion it is called Agni Mandya, meaning slowing down of the fire in our stomach. Due to the ill-ness, the process of burning the food called Oxidation gets affected. In this process , the food we eat will not get digested, by the digestive organs in our body. This disease is due to Mars effect. Mars is bilious (Pitta) in nature. Whenever the PH factor is affected, by the action and reaction of the Hydrochloric acid in our stomach, The Pitta also varies. When this pitta is increased, a person looses balance of mind also.Recently it is found by researchers that the digestion of food is affected during winter, when the atmospheric temperature is down.Digestion and water borne diseases increase during this period.Thre are two good old Vritas called Chaturmasya and Dhanurmasa, which prescribe strict diet of easily digestible food and prohibit all the hard food. Mars is there stArting from preparation of food to till it is digested and energy to our body provided. While describing a house , one will say like this : Drawing Room, Hall , Kitchen, Bed room , Toilet etc., Drawing Room is the place , where the morning Sun enters first. Hall is the place which gives majestic appearance to a house. Kitchen is the place where the life and energy of the family members is being created and sustained . Look! There is a pattern. In Astrology, Sun is the signficator of First House. Jupiter and Mercury are the joint significators for the Second House. Mars is the significator or Karaka of Third house for energy and prowess, which incidentally is Kitchen . Energy in the body is obtained by a process of oxidation of cells. A cell is divided into two. Two becomes four. Likewise the process continues. In this process heat is generated and this heat keeps the body warm, while providing energy to the b ody. Agni,the fire god represents Mars, just as Yama and Varuna represent Saturn. The enormous and unlimited story of Agni is the story of Mars also. That may require lot of space for such description and uses,which is not the scope of this Article. Agni is soul of Mars.Agni in the form of Tejas also represents Sun.

A good wife is the one who provides good food to the family and good bed to her husband, thereby she dominates the family and controls her husband by gaining respect and command in the home. Both these are controlled by Mars. When Mars is in good position in horoscope, one can expect harmony in family life. Things are disastrous, if Mars is ill-posited. Food is prepared through Agni, the fire God represents Mars. A good sex is represented by Venus- Mars combination in a horoscope. Mars al so brings argument,competition and conflict on the negative side. When these factors enter kitchen, the ladies frequently quarrel. That is why kitchen is often called the battleground of a family. No two ladies agree just like clocks. A lady representing Venus wishes, she to be assertive and being possessive in the house hold. The nature of Venus is that she enjoys the longing for possession, rather being possessed. When the other lady also asserts in the same way conflict arises. Look ! There is a pattern. Letting Go of the Matrix

Over the past few days, I have noticed that I have been focusing much more on looking within. By this, I mean each time I become conscious of any issues in my life, I look within and see what relationship they have with the Self within.

By focusing on the Self, it is easy to release; to relax; to give that issue its freedom, and let go of something that is no longer serving me.

Through this process, I am finding within me new depth I did not know I had.

On a couple of occasions, I have become Very aware of the depth of silence within and the effect it has on my consciousness. What I have been noticing is, when I take my awareness Very deep within, I become Very Magnetic.

I almost feel like a mini Black Hole. The aura around my body becomes Very pronounced and solid. I feel the power of the Magnetic Field around me and through me. The power of this Magnetic Field can have a restructuring effect on my physiology.

I have been getting gentle burning sensations in my legs. I feel this is my spiritual blueprint being readjusted and my physiology being restructured to a new energy flow, which is more integrated and has greater wholeness.

I feel this process could account for some of the causes of eczema, as the skin can get quite dry and flaky.

Although I feel this happening within myself, I feel I am a part of a much bigger system.

Over the past year, we have seen a lot of sunspot activity in the sun's aura. These sunspots are created by anomalies in the sun's Magnetic Field, which burst forth in a Corona Mass Ejection as the Magnetic Field breaks down in that region.

As that happens, a little while later we start to see activities in the Aurora Borealis or Northern Lights around planet Earth as the earth's Magnetic Field is affected.

What I am not sure of at this stage is, which comes first: the adjustments in my body the microcosm; or the adjustments in the planets and stars the macrocosm.

Whichever one it is, I feel these are linked and we are going through a major restructuring of awareness and consciousness, which now is getting so strong we feel it in our Magnetic Field and physiology.

I feel this is associated with the reintegration of the whole universe: a coming together, or oneness. We are all aware of the space and time that connects here and there together. What I feel we are starting to become aware of is all the Dark Matter that fills the gap between here, there and eVerywhere.

Although this Dark Matter is so small it cannot be seen or measured, science says it makes up 95% of the Matter in the universe. Science also says 95% of the capacity of our brain goes unused. I feel there is a connection between these two figures.

As we start to become more conscious of this Dark Matter, we are beginning to see the universe becoming one with no separation interconnected by this Dark Matter.

We are seeing our consciousness and awareness flowing through this conscious and aware material, which is connecting human consciousness into an integrat ed whole of one Universal Mind that each human is a part of.

Horoscopes: Myth or Magic?

Do you read your Horoscope in the daily newspaper? Maybe you call the Horoscope hotline on occasion to find out what a reader has to say about your Future. You might even dabble in the occult yourself from time to time. Why do people care about this mysterious reading of their zodiac sign and the telling of their Futures? Is there any real truth in the predictions?

Horoscopes have been around for centuries if not millennia. Humans have long been fascinated with the earth and its relationship to other celestial bodies in the solar system and even the universe. Star constellations have been particularly interesting to stargazers, who attempt to make meaning from the constellations themselves as well as the shift of certain stars or planets, sometimes called heavenly bodies. The significance of certain planetary groupings, as well as solar or lunar eclipses, is believed to have a bearing on the chain of events in a persons life.

Such beliefs play a key role in our culture. Even the Bible emphasizes the importance of the Star of Bethlehem that showed the magi, or scholars, in the East where the infant Jesus was to be born. As our species grew more civilized, we searched for answers to lifes problems among the things of the earth. When these did not always pan out, we turned our collective gaze to the stars of heaven, hoping for more information there. Some people believe they can read the stars and planets to make meaning that will illuminate other peoples lives. People of every land and civilization have attempted to read those specks of light that can be seen above us at night to find the answers to univ ersal and personal questions.

If you are wondering whether a Horoscope reader can help you, it may help to ask a few questions before handing over your credit card for processing. Ask about the readers credentials. Where did he or she study? How much experience does the person have? What are his or her specialties (i.e., career, romance, health, etc.). What happens if the persons predictions dont come true? Can the reader provide references for you to consult?

All of us thrill to the prospect of learning more about ourselves and the possibility of things to come. But be careful to use discernment in choosing a guide who will provide this information for you. Anyone can set up shop as a stargazer or Horoscope hustler, and in fact, many people do. Their information will often sound generic, and it could apply to just about anyone. So look for someone who seems to be a little more authentic than just anyone who puts an ad in the newspaper or sends you email spam.

Astrology Of Space

Even in ancient times Astrology helped people find the good and bad places for them on earth, it was based on calculation and conformity of signs, houses and squares to the four sides of the earth.. The most attention was paid to analysis of the signs quality and the qualities of the researched places in the country.

In the 20th century the activity of discovery in Astrology increased so that Astrology started to use the geocentric model (the geocentric model of the universe is the theory that the Earth is at the center of the universe and the Sun and other celestial objects go around it.), astrocartography (Astrocartography is an astrological system, developed and popularized by American astrologer Jim Lewis), and local space methods.

If the geocentric method can be considered a brand new method in the 20th century then the astrocartography method became the result of traditional-logical development of the time of K.Ptolemeja (1 century AD), like the Planet is stronger at the top of the rising Horoscope. Modern computer techniques have only proven the old axioms with convenient graphic diagrams. The same is true about the methods of the local space, in fact even before its creation everybody knew where East and West was in the Horoscope. The modern astrological program can display on the map of the earth the surface of lines, where the particular Planet is in the significant points of the Horoscope (top, rising, aspect, position of the axis of Horoscope) or on the significant direction (Local Space).

By knowing the place of the Planet in the individual Horoscope, it is possible to reveal favorable and not favorable sites of the space for the person. Usually the search includes places that are favorable for residence, for rest, for work, and for adjustment of private life. However, this can not be limited; the wishes of fans of the extreme life can be considered too.

The presentation and beauty of space Astrology cannot leave anybody uncaring. It seems that in this area of Astrology we can expect big progress as in the growth o f the already existing techniques and the development of new ones. But even those tools that we have now allow us to understand and explain a lot.

Astrology Signs Out of Sync Create Strange Bedfellows

What Are Out of Sync Signs?

The twelve Astrology Signs are composed of the four elements of fire (3), earth (3), air (3) and water (3). If you have planets in Signs that are not compatible, they are out of sync, and can cause some serious problems in your Relationships.

For example, if you are a woman with your Sun in Cancer (water) and your Mars is in Aquarius (air), your heart (Sun) is out of sync with your passion (Mars). Using Astrology for Meet Dating and Seducing Single Women

Most women are interested in astrology and you can use this to your advantage. I have used this method very successfully in meeting single women to get a woman to leave a nightclub with me to go over to my place to do her horoscope. This can work for you and it's so very simple.

You may be saying to yourself, I don't know anything about astrology. Well don't panic, because all you're going to need is one book to get you started. The book is called, Heaven Knows What by Grant Lewi and may be available at your local metaphysical or regular book store. It's out of print, but you can get some used copies cheap at www.amazon.com. This book will enable you to cast a detailed horoscope in ten to fifteen minutes without the slightest study or knowledge of astrology beforehand. All you need to do is follow the simple directions carefully, step-by-step, and you just can't go wrong.

The chief use of the horoscope is it's aid in self-discovery or in discovering what makes your friends tick, not to mention the women you do a horoscope on. The horoscope tells the basic underlying psychological and emotional drives of the individual. If you desire to pursue astrology further after using this book, there are many excellent books on the market. I've been studying astrology for over twenty years and believe me, you can never learn enough about astrology. If you don't believe in astrology, investigate the subject and you will find there's a lot of truth to it.

Now, here's how this method is used to pick up and meet single women in nightclubs. Of course, you can use this method in any setting or situation. The best time to use this method is after you have made initial contact with a woman and towards the end of the evening. You can't just walk up to a woman and ask her if she would like to have his horoscope done and then leave and go to your place. OK, let's say you have met a woman and you have had a few drinks and a few dances and you're hi tting it off pretty good. It's getting late and it's time to make a move. Ask her, What sign are you? Then follow up with, Are you interested in astrology? Then ask her, Would you like to have your have your horoscope done? Assuming she says yes, then follow up with, Why don't we leave and go over to my place and I'll calculate your horoscope and let you read about yourself? If she declines your offer for that particular night, set it up for another night. If you don't get her over to your place the first night, at least you'll get her over at a later date. Of course, you can always go over to her place instead.

You have the option of making the main objective of getting a woman to your place to have her horoscope done is to seduce her. I'll leave this up to you. After doing her horoscope you can proceed with your seduction routine (dim lighting, soft music, a few drinks, kissing, stroking, etc.).

In conclusion, you're going to run into some women who don't want any part of astrology. You'll just have to try and convince them to try it before knocking it. If this fails, you'll just have to resort to other methods to get a woman to your place. At least give it a try and see how it works for you. You have nothing to lose and a hell of a lot to gain. This method sure did work for me. Just buy the book and learn how to calculate a horoscope and you will be on your way to meeting more single women.
