Astrology: What is It?

Astrology is a science, which, together with the knowledge gained in astronomy, observes and records how celestial bodies and zodiacal influences affect life on our planet. Generally it is related to the effects upon humans, but also takes into account mineral life, vegetable life and animal life. The influences from the planets and beyond form complex patterns, much like weather conditions, and also indicate calm or turbulent atmospheres-but these are beyond the visible range of influence.

The science is based upon the fact that at any particular point in time, a chart may be drawn up which records and focuses upon all the different incoming influences and energies upon the particular life concerned, and in this case, we consider an individual person. These vibrations which could be seen t o correspond to different instruments in an orchestra, establish a co-operative and harmonious invisible climate to which that individual life has opportunity to respond, or, in the case of clashing energies, adverse conditions which the individual must learn to deal with.

All energy, although invisible, is a power. The sun's light we can see and its power we can feel as we can to a lesser degree, the moon's energy. But that of the other planets, although it exists, is not obvious to the average person. However, since early history, we have acknowledged their subtle power and even named them as gods named in our days of the week.

Regarding the influence of the other far galaxies and celestial energies, we must rely upon what the science of Astrology gives us as a basis to understand how human beings react to them. There is no better place to start our observations, but with ourselves, at the moment of our birth.

At that very moment, there were astronomically calculated positions of the sun, moon and all the planets. The other planets were in particular location according to the system which designates different areas of the sky and to which have been given names of the zodiacal signs. And according to the hour of your birth, there was one of these twelve signs rising above the horizon. This is placed in your Astrological Chart as your Rising Sign and it is just as important as your well known Sun sign which we determine by the day and the month of birth. In the middle of all these influences we take our first breath by which we assert the beginning of our life.

The influences which existed at the time of our birth however, are very strong and affect our personality, our basic temperament, early family life, and determine a great deal of ou r instinctive attitudes in thought and feeling, beyond those that develop through our environment. However, regarding human life it must be understood that each person by their free will, can react positively or negatively in any situation as we do under changing weather conditions. These initial influences will pervade much of our life as we live to capitalize on our good fortune and learn to cope with the difficulties in our circumstances.

Although a professionally drawn up horoscope is seen as a set pattern, it should be understood to have certain flexibility. It is like a blueprint which the individual by use of free will, modify, utilize or alter the inherent tendencies and pattern of his life.

Any experienced astrologer will confirm however, that the fundamental ingredients in the make up of a personality will not change quickly or easily. This allows certain confidence in analysing character and in predicting future circumstances.

Astrological sc ience can be applied in many ways - including personal health, psychology, relationships, analysing national conditions or in matters regarding world trends and events. Once the principles are known there is opportunity to apply the knowledge in the avenue of your personal interest in consultation with a professional astrologer.

To quote Astrologer Dayne Rudhyar: The young people...hope to find in Astrology not only answers to poignant personal problems, but even more, some sort of inner security. Many of them...refusing to participate in a culture increasingly dominated by a de-humanized and de-natured approach to knowledge, long to discover their place and function in a more-than-human, universal or cosmic order.

Flying Stars Fengshui for 2006 : Predictions & Remedies for Main Door Facing West

(Chinese Solar Year : 04.02.2006 to 03.02.2007)

Flying Stars or Fei Xing is a powerful form of Feng Shui derived from the famous Xuan Kong Fengshui. It is an Analysis of the Five Elements and Star Combinations (representing certain energy patterns) that occupy every building. Each new year these annual stars change, Qi (energy) shifts happen, bringing good and bad energy with them - thereby producing different effects.

In February 2004 all the Feng Shui Energy Patterns underwent huge transformations to the NewAge of Land Luck called Period 8 Energy Cycles. It means that a large scale evolution of the human race with completely new energy dynamics has started. The significance is that the new, vibrant energies of Period 8 impacts on the buildings differently than before and energies that were previously activated now need to be remedied, in order to reduce any bad effects from the past influences.

The Flying Stars Chart or the 9-Grid Meteor Plan for the Bi ng-Xu, Year of the Yang Red Fire Dog has been plotted and the effects of their energy patterns are analyzed. The analysis also contains suggested remedies/cures for reducing the impact of negative energy and recommended enhancers for increasing and improving upon the beneficial energy.

For the remedies/enhancers to be effective, they should be cleansed, energised, blessed and programmed not only for the particular individual/family but also for the specific purpose/problem. They should also be placed in the indicated location.

The direction in which your main door lies is very important to any form of Geomancy, including Fengshui & Vaastu. The primary reason for this is that the air currents and energy flow in and flow out through the mouth of the main door. Thus you receive positive energy for the year, if the main door faces a direction of auspicious stars or meteors (powerful energy bodies) and receive negative energy for the year, if the main door faces a dir ection of evil stars or meteors. In case negative impacts are forecast, you can simply offset the negative energy by installing the recommended remedies there. Any or all of these remedies can be reused for the coming years, the only thing is that they should be repositioned according to the new year.

Please note that the effects may be felt in varying degrees depending upon the exact compass degree of the main door.

ANNUAL FORECAST & REMEDIES FOR FLATS/HOMES/OFFICES/FACTORIES WITH MAIN DOOR FACING WEST :

A disastrous year with the Sickness Star 5 Yellows becoming the resident evil here, sowing seeds of obstacles, delays, disputes, accidents, thefts, injuries, law and health related problems. Arguments and interpersonal disputes at office will affect career prospects. Even to achieve normal results, you may have to work doubly hard. Some of you may even face demotions and retrenchment. Businessmen will face adverse conditions and low profits. Quotes will b e rejected and approved orders canceled. Frauds and pilferage could happen. Concentrate on consolidating the existing setup and do not attempt expansion or diversification.

Hang a large sized natural, original Chinese Sacred Kalabash or Hoo-Loo on the innerside of your main door alongwith a golden, metal Wou-Lou, a string of 6 I-Ching Coins and a Wind Chyme. Keep the statue of Kuan Kung alongwith a pair of Chi-Lins straight opposite your main door, facing it. Do not display any moving water features (like Fish Aquariums, Water Fountains, etc.) here, in this year. Avoid redecorating or renovating this part of the house this year. Do not even drive nails or drill in the West walls. It is also not advisable to sit or sleep for extended periods, near your main door. Minimise the colours of red and yellow.

If your bedroom falls in this sector, misunderstandings could even lead to seperation. Display the combined statue of Dragon & Phoenix in the bedroom to minimise th e problem.

If your kitchen is located in this sector, food poisoning, digestion, abdomenal problems and grave fire accidents could happen. Tape a set of 3 large sized Trigram Coins onto the bottom of the slab or cupboard seating the stoves. Hang a Wind Chyme just outside your kitchen door.

This is not a good year for getting married or to concieve. If pregnant, be prepared to face complications during the delivery. There could be some threats to childrens safety. Poor academic luck this year. Money and property loss through theft can happen. Install a good security system and invest on insurance for your household articles. Health problems could get serious for some family members. Do not self-diagonise and self-prescribe medications, but seek professional medical help.

Display the Safety Talisman for 2006 in the North West sector and carry a miniature version of it always.

Door Mat Colour for the Main Door : Grey (on the outside), with 6 nos. of I-Ch ing coins taped under it.

COMMON MINIMUM REMEDY FOR ALL BUILDINGS FOR 2006 :

To minimise damage due to gossiping and rumours, arguments and disputes, avoid the colours green and blue in the center of your home. Do not place any moving water features like fish aquarium or water fountains here. Display 8 red roses without thorns and leaves in the center of your home/office/building and light up a small red coloured bulb which will burn continuously, 24/7. This is applicable for all buildings, irrespective of the direction of the main doors.

King Among The Horoscopes

The most powerful sun sign, the Leo, is long thought to be an egotistical sign that radiates arrogance and pompousness. Unsurprisingly, Leo as a zodiac, is the most dominant, creative, and extrovert of all the characters of the Horoscopes. In grandeur of manner, splendor of bearing, and magnanimity of personality, the Leo is the monarch among humans as the lion is king of beasts. As many as the signs of the Horoscopes are, the Leo character has complicated facets under these sweeping remarks.

Leos are natural and instinctive leaders. They are leaders either in support or in revolt of the status quo. Leos usually follow politics, entertainment, arts, or any career that puts them in the limelight and gives them the power to influence other people. They are most effective when holding a position of command. They are effective leaders because they know exactly what path they want to pursue and how to achieve their goals. They also have the charm and magnetism to attract and command respect from their peers and subordinates. Among the signs of the Horoscopes, Leos are the most ambitious and stubborn. Leos treat setbacks as challenges to overcome; they thrive on the adversity. NapoLeon Bonaparte, Marcel Duchamp, Jackie Kennedy, Coco Chanel, Madonna, and Alfred Hitchcock are some of their most famous Le os who triumphed to achieve success.

Despite their majestic demeanor, Leos are also idealistic, humane, and beneficient. They favor intelligence, philosophy, and change. Leos are also of strong minds; they cling and pursue their beliefs with complete sincerity. No wonder Bonaparte started the French Revolution, and Duchamp made everyone believe that a toilet is a work of art. But Leos are not without faults, and as grand as their virtues are, their faults are also baser than the other members of the Horoscopes.

Extremely negative Leos are the most unpleasant person that could ever exist. Leos are given to pride, arrogance, and quick tempers. Among the Horoscopes, Leos are the most power-hungry. Leos would not hesitate to use cunning, lies, and trickery to discredit an opponent. Negative Leos are extremely self-centered with a greed for flattery and grandeur. They see other people as lowly creatures but they use their charm to manipulate others to carry out their orders. Leos are also hedonists, with unlimited sexual lust and a craving for passion. Extremely negative Leos are persons better off alone if you can resist them.

You may wonder how Leos managed to succeed given all the excesses in which they seem to thrive. Do not forget that Leos are driven individuals. They are capable of controlling and denying themselves to achieve their goals. Leos are rarely so undisciplined to give way thoroughly to a list of vices. Their vices and excesses are usually balanced by an innate wisdom. Among the signs of the Horoscopes, Leos live on a precarious balance of instinct and wisdom. Those who are afflic ted with the vices also have the intelligence to consciously and actively overcome them. Leos are not called kings among the Horoscopes for nothing.

Psychic Love Advice

A psychic reader is a person who is believed to possess extra sensory perception (ESP) and is a highly intuitive individual. A psychic is looked upon as a source to help people understand the turmoil in life and provide information about the future. However, in the vast spectrum of problems mankind faces, psychics are most likely to be asked about love more than any other factors of life.

Human beings are known to be highly emotional individuals. Of all our sentiments, love is known to be most vulnerable. People have spent lifetimes looking for true love and understanding the term. People around the world would almost always do anything for love. There are situations in life when people have selected love over food, shelter or money.

People are always contemplating whether they are in the right relationship or what they should do to turn the relationship around. In modern times more and more people are turning to a love psychic to understand their love life. Th ese psychic readers are known to be capable of deciding whether couples energies are attuned or not.

Love in itself is a concept that deals with energy and vibrations. This energy could include sexual vigor or the vitality and enthusiasm of true love. Many people have a hard time understanding this difficult emotional subject. Hence, more and more people are consulting love psychics to understand their relationship. A love psychic usually refers to astrological chArts to verify compatibility of pArtners.

There are a number of love psychics who not only provide advice but also have a reputation of being able to bring peoples love back in ca se of a broken heArt. This system involves using a love spell, wherein the person who is trying to get away is held back by spiritual powers. Many people opine this results in a negative karmic cycle. Consulting a psychic for love advice is a matter of personal choice and only individuals opting for it can decide if it is the right advice or not.

Psychic Readings: A Guide

A psychic reading is a consultation with a psychic: someone who is sensitive to the electrical, magnetic and other energies radiating from the seeker and collectively referred to as the aura. The psychic is thus able to access information from the emotional, physical and spiritual pArts of the auric field. As the aura contains an insight into the seekers past, present and future, psychic readings can be very accurate. Additionally, a psychic also enhances the reading by using his natural ability to tune into the seekers non-verbal communication i.e. body language and facial expressions.

Just wanting information about the future at large is an ambiguous objective and the reading will be of no value. A seeker must assess what he expects from the consultation and determine the scope of the reading. It could be his career, relationship, marriage or health but it must be focused. When a seeker intends to gain clarity, insight and direction on a specific issue, the process of psychic reading becomes sanctified. A significant advantage of a psychic reading is receiving accurate answers, which will then empower the seeker to make choices that will enhance his future; yet they often overlook the fact that to receive precise answers, it is imperative to ask focused questions.

Going to a good psychic reader is imperative as great care is required on behalf of the psychic during readings; some people seeking help can be very vulnerable and a psychic can subconsciously calculate probable future events by an evaluation of the information available and end up giving likely forecasts. It should be noted in pArticular that a psychic reader is able to sense things on a material level and cannot tune in to the spirit world, as is the general misconception.

The Science of Astrology

India has retained a great tradition of producing intellectual giants since time immemorial. Some of these outstanding people were known as Rishis. Rishi is defined as one who observes something new in nature (Rishih Darshanat)-[reference number1 or simply put it is a Sanskrit term that was used to indicate a scientist. Even at the risk of doing slightly out of context, it remains to be said that to use the title of Maharshi with the names of even such spiritual teachers and religious reformers as Swami Vivekananda or Swami Dayananda would not be proper in the actual sense of the term, let alone the use resorted to by every other self proclaimed godman nowadays. Now we continue with our present concern.

On closely observing nature, Rishis discovered that everything in it seemed to work on a systematic pattern and the planets in our solar system moved through the heavens with such a precision that their positions and movements could be calculated for centuries in adva nce. It was found that universe was but governed by mathematical laws and mathematics, on the other hand, thrives on the interrelation of various objects that comprise a system. Advanced explorations into the mathematical interrelation of the terrestrial life with the rest of the cosmos led them to the discovery of co-relation between the movement of planets in our solar system against the backdrop of the remaining part of the observable universe and the nature of events in human life. This, in turn, seemed to solve the mystery of time to some extent, for future events in the life of an individual could then be known with the help of a deep study of mutual geometrical positions of planets at the moment of his birth. Astrology, developed on these lines, basically deals with the quality of a given moment as, for instance, what will be the future of a child born, a question asked or a project initiated at a particular moment that represents a unique point in the space-time cont inuum. But the more important fact is that such developments were not made on any sort of guesswork or a so- called superstitious belief in an all pervading divinity but based on such mathematical achievements and scientific revelations that remain unparalleled to date.

Profound studies were conducted in the field of astronomy which then paved the way for evolution of the Science of Astrology in due course of time. The earth is described as egg-shaped, suspended in the space like a magnet and moving about in three different ways in our ancient astronomical texts. Of these, the last movement known as the precession of the equinoxes is responsible for the development of the concept of a sidereal or fixed zodiac that was widely used for horoscopic calculations in Indian Astrology. Astronomical facts and concepts of immense importance including even theories on the evolution of the universe can still be found scattered in our ancient literature. The luni-solar calendar of India is an ample testimony to the Indian genius in astronomy. Age of the earth was calculated and recorded in the form of Srishti Samvat that tells us that 1,955,885,102 solar years have elapsed since the formation of our earth as on 26th march 2001 whereas modern Science has so far not been able to provide an exact figure.

The problem is that such knowledge is still contained in Sanskrit scriptures of which no authentic translations are available and are not found fit to be studied in the light of modern scientific knowledge and are instead discarded as bundles of superstition, especially so in India. Today, most of the criticism against Indian Sciences in general and Astrology in particular is largely biased and based on a lack of proper information.

The most common argument against Astrology is that neither modern Science has found any evidence of an astral connection to our lives nor does it conduce to the common sense approach and hence the basic assumption of Astrology, of planets influencing events on the earth, stands refuted. The point missed is that Science itself is uncommon sense for most of the time. For instance, the dual nature of electron, both particle and wave-like, is accepted as a scientific truth because it is observed to be so even when the Science is unable to explain the reason of such unusual behaviour and similar is the case with the theory of gravity that is accepted as true without any explanation of the underlying physical mechanism because the consequences of the theory coincides with the facts well. As philosopher of Science Karl Popper-[Reference number2 has emphasized, a good theory is characterized by the fact that it makes a number of predictions that could in principle be disproved or falsified by observation. Then, if the said effects of the planets can be quantified in the form of objective predictions which come true, it should be taken as proof enough for the truth of Astrology. In fact, Joha nnes Kepler, to whom modern Science is indebted for discovery of the laws of planetary motions, had studied the co-relation of atmospheric and weather changes with planetary movements from 1617 upto 1629, the result of which is his book named Astrometeorologica, that goes to show the factual effect of planets on our earth.

Astrology, as a Science, can forewarn us of approaching dangers and hence provide an invaluable chance of taking due precautionary measures and being mentally prepared so as to be able to either avert the negative happening itself or at least minimize the possible evil to a considerable extent. Unfortunately, the notion of fatalism usually associated with such warnings can overpower the good that this study may do otherwise. Astrology is a promoter of the individual freewill and this fact is amply demonstrated in the prescription of Horoscope matching for any form of alliance, selection of Muhurtha or auspicious moment for starting any important proj ect and remedial measures as based on the planetary positions.

Many of the believers and even students of this subject of seemingly incredible possibilities perceive it to be a closed Science, which in my view, is very incorrect. Astrology has just as much scope for further study and research as any other Science of the day that can be exploited for the good of mankind at large. The need is only to have an open mind and willingness to accept the truth while investigating matters of such a nature and discover the real superstitions for oneself.

Psychics How to Spot a Fake Psychic Changing the "Imitation" Psychic Paradigm

How Do You Spot A Fake Psychic?

After conducting Psychic readings, numerology readings and tarot card readings for over 20 years now, I have gained a definite perspective not only as an advisor but as a client. As a client, I was been able to see exactly how Psychics who are not real work their magic. After getting a Psychic reading from dozens of so-called Psychic advisors, you may find yourself intoxicated by the things that the Psychic tells you. If it sounds too good to be true, most likely it is. You have to understand the origins and purpose of Psychic networks. Their job is to make lots of money, not to help you. Granted, there are real Psychics who are gifted and working on Psychic network lines, but I have found that most of the people working as Psychic advisors period, are not real at all. Im sure you have heard by now that many fake Psychics use scripts and certain formats in conducting their Psychic readings, but for the most part, its really simple what they tell you that gets you hooked.

For example, if after getting a Psychic reading, you find yourself feeling intoxicated almost, then they have done their job superbly. To be told that the one you love, loves you and that you will marry them and be together for the rest of your life is intoxicating. They give you hope that keeps you calling and calling until after you see that you have been lied to, you begin to face reality and the truth sinks in, you now realize that what they said was not true when they said it nor will it ever turn out to be true. You will find yourself hurt and disillusioned beyond the ordinary disillusionment experienced from your own lifes complications. You may eve n find yourself broke or in debt. Its unconscionable that people could prey on others vulnerabilities and pain in this way. But that is exactly what they do. And in the end, there is only more pain. And the inevitable distrust of Psychics.

It's this fake paradigm, which has its roots in the first elemental phone Psychic networks, that dominates the public's perception and legitimate scrutiny is reasonable. But real Psychics around the globe are out there and you should make it your business to find a foolproof way of determining who is real and who is not until such time as this paradigm is changed to ensure that your advisor is authentic by virtue of their credentials as it is for any professional practitioner.

Now you may frequent sites where the advisor is given feedback after your call. This is a good thing but, it is not foolproof. I have seen fake Psychics who will have almost perfectly glowing feedback that goes on and on for pages. Perfect! You may wonder why this occurs. Simple. After you hear exactly what you want to hear or want to believe verified, well, this is where that intoxication comes in, you tend to reflect your glorious feelings with equally glowing feedback! But when things don't happen the way were told, you never come back. So, others following in your footsteps will call this advisor because they too want to believe.

Another thing to watch out for is fake feedback. This is also a tactic used by fakes to fool you. On sites where feedback is left, an authentic Psychic advisor has to have a very high level of integrity in order to be comfortable telling the truth despite the fact of what the client wants to hear. If the Psychic does not tell them what they want to hear in a reading, the client may leave very bad comments and a bad rating. It's the price you pay for being real. In my experience when I tell a client something they didn't wan t to hear, for the most part, they don't leave any comments. The fact is, they will most likely go find another Psychic who will reflect their own feelings about the situation. A reading can be truthful and uplifting without bringing the client down but you have to ready to hear the truth.

So how do you know who is real and who is not based on feedback! That is not to say that an authentic Psychic is not going to have great feedback. They do, but sometimes they will be the ones to receive bad ratings and feedback mixed in with the good. Life is all about taking the good with the bad. Honestly, its very hard to tell. The pr oof is really in the reading and outcomes and developing a relationship with a few trusted advisors who have been able to connect with you and your energy and have proven that their insights and predictions have been accurate for you. But, just remember, if it sounds unbelievably good, it probably is not really true and the Psychic is not real and only setting up a line to take your money and setting you up for emotional failure. So be careful of perfect feedback. Its really not always an accurate gauge of the Psychic advisors true abilities; except of course their ability to fleece you out of your dollars. Of course, really consis tently bad feedback is a good indication that the advisor is probably just very bad and should think about going into another line of work.

Another point, you need to understand that even if you are speaking with a gifted, authentic Psychic, you and that particular Psychic may not connect that well. That is different from the Psychic being fake. There a many reasons why a particular Psychic may not connect with you. They may not be rested and ready to take calls, or you may not be relaxed and ready to receive truthful information or in some other way blocking the flow of what is being channeled thereby skewing the information on either side. Psychic readings are not an exact science. Intuition is relied upon to conduct an accurate Psychic reading for a client. The reading goes much better when both the Psychic advisor and client are relaxed and ready to receive. I personally find it difficult to connect with a client who wants to hear a certain thing. I have experienced many times my client trying to guide the reading. So see your authentic Psychic advisor as someone who wants to help you and be ready to assist in the flow of information.

To spot a fake Psychic is not impossible, but if there was a way to quantify the statistic of fakes out there, I would be willing to bet that most (due in large part to large networks hiring script readers) are not real. Unfortunate, but through observation and experience, I feel this to be true.

One of the Oldest Tricks in the Book. First Warning Sign That You Have Got a Fake!

One of the oldest tricks in the book and something which continues to surprise me because people are continually taken in is when a Psychic tells you someone has put a curse on you or there is a negative block on you which only they can remove for some exorbitant price, HANG UP! Say goodbye, because this person could not care less about you or your problems. Psychic parlors are notorious for this kind of activity. It is not for real, the curse nor the Psychic.

I have always believed that having a good doctor, a good mechanic and a good Psychic are all professionals that are worth taking the time to assess their skill, experience and credentials to see if they are the one for you. There is nothing more satisfying then actually making a positive difference in someones life and their continued use of your service over many years. A walking, talking testimonial is very gratifying for this Psychic advisor.

The Aztecs Worshipped the Sun For a Reason You Know?

The once great Aztec Empire completely controlled and dominated what is now Honduras, San Salvador, Guatemala and Mexico for centuries. They were Sun Worshippers. The Aztec God was in the form of Energy and that energy was the Sun. What did the Aztecs know that we don't know?

They worshiped the Sun and believed and its Gods in the form of pure energy, yet 500 years later in the United States of America next door to where the Aztec Empire was ruled MesoAmerica we have forgotten all they had learned. Instead of using the Sun for our energy we have set of giant power plants, which indeed have served us well however, now we find out to that they often put out too much hydrofloralcarbons HFCs.

Perhaps we should take a little advice from the Aztecs and develop more solar power to help offset the needs of our civilization. The United States of America leads the world in research and development of energy and our DepArtment of Energy with its massive resources of funding help us stay on the leading edge of the latest technologies.

Today the cost to build solar cells has come down using new high-tech materials it behooves us to put the solar power to work in our homes, small businesses and government agencies. Perhaps we should use the technology and knowledge of the past and the promising technologies of the future in the present period. The Aztecs would've loved the idea of solar cells and we should to. Consider this in 2006.

Letting Go of the Matrix

Over the past few days, I have noticed that I have been focusing much more on looking within. By this, I mean each time I become conscious of any issues in my life, I look within and see what relationship they have with the Self within.

By focusing on the Self, it is easy to release; to relax; to give that issue its freedom, and let go of something that is no longer serving me.

Through this process, I am finding within me new depth I did not know I had.

On a couple of occasions, I have become Very aware of the depth of silence within and the effect it has on my consciousness. What I have been noticing is, when I take my awareness Very deep within, I become Very Magnetic.

I almost feel like a mini Black Hole. The aura around my body becomes Very pronounced and solid. I feel the power of the Magnetic Field around me and through me. The power of this Magnetic Field can have a restructuring effect on my physiology.

I have been getting gentle burning sensations in my legs. I feel this is my spiritual blueprint being readjusted and my physiology being restructured to a new energy flow, which is more integrated and has greater wholeness.

I feel this process could account for some of the causes of eczema, as the skin can get quite dry and flaky.

Although I feel this happening within myself, I feel I am a part of a much bigger system.

Over the past year, we have seen a lot of sunspot activity in the sun's aura. These sunspots are created by anomalies in the sun's Magnetic Field, which burst forth in a Corona Mass Ejection as the Magnetic Field breaks down in that region.

As that happens, a little while later we start to see activities in the Aurora Borealis or Northern Lights around planet Earth as the earth's Magnetic Field is affected.

What I am not sure of at this stage is, which comes first: the adjustments in my body the microcosm; or the adjustments in the planets and stars the macrocosm.

Whichever one it is, I feel these are linked and we are going through a major restructuring of awareness and consciousness, which now is getting so strong we feel it in our Magnetic Field and physiology.

I feel this is associated with the reintegration of the whole universe: a coming together, or oneness. We are all aware of the space and time that connects here and there together. What I feel we are starting to become aware of is all the Dark Matter that fills the gap between here, there and eVerywhere.

Although this Dark Matter is so small it cannot be seen or measured, science says it makes up 95% of the Matter in the universe. Science also says 95% of the capacity of our brain goes unused. I feel there is a connection between these two figures.

As we start to become more conscious of this Dark Matter, we are beginning to see the universe becoming one with no separation interconnected by this Dark Matter.

We are seeing our consciousness and awareness flowing through this conscious and aware material, which is connecting human consciousness into an integrat ed whole of one Universal Mind that each human is a part of.

Horoscopes Pisces

In this last of a 12 part series on Horoscopes, we're going to look at the third of what are called the winter signs, Pisces the Fishes.

People who are born between February 19 and March 21 are Pisceans. Their element is Water, their quality is Mutable, their energy is Yin, their rulers are Neptune and Jupiter, their color is sea-green, their gem is Aquamarine, their main anatomical parts are the feet, immune system and hormonal system, their keywords are compassion, universality and inclusiveness, their Tarot suit is Cups and their Tarot Major Arcana card is The Moon.

Some famous celebrities who are Pisceans are Queen Latifah, Bruce Willis, Drew Barrymore, Thora Birch, Billy Crystal, Liza Minelli, Ralph Nader and Elizabeth Taylor.

There's an old joke about Pisceans that goes li ke this. How many Pisceans does it take to screw in a light bulb? The answer is, The light went out.

Sadly, the Piscean can be totally oblivious to the world around them. They live in a world of dreams and fantasy. They have some of the most vivid imaginations of anyone on the planet. They can think of things that most people wouldn't dream of. There isn't a minute during the day that they're not wondering what it would be like to either be back in the days of the dinosaurs or a million years into the future. The real world around them holds very little interest for them. They find it dull and boring. Nothing can compare to what goes on between their ears.

Another thing about somebody born under this sign is that they may know which way the river is running but that still doesn't mean they're going to swim with the current. They will buck the trend if they think that's what they have to do in order to get what they want, whatever that may be. At times t hey will go with the flow, especially when they are tired of bucking that trend.

This sign is a very loving and romantic sign. Sometimes just the idea of love and romance is enough to make a Piscean fall in love with anyone. Unfortunately, the reality of a love relationship often falls short of what they have built up in their dream world. But if they do find somebody who understands what makes the Piscean tick and this person knows just how to keep the Piscean interested, these are the kind of relationships that love stories are made from.

At the workplace, the fish will combine his dream world with his job. This keeps even the most dull job interesting. For example, while delivering the mail for a large company, as the fish walks into each office he will imagine what it would be like to have that office for himself and be the boss. This constant fantasy world keeps the fish interested at work, no matter what they are actually doing. Because of this, they are actually quite dependable at their jobs, just as long as it doesn't involve speaking to others as most times they wouldn't know what was being said to them anyway. Again, they are oblivious to the light being out. The Piscean can be a good friend. They are loving and kind and wouldn't hurt a soul. Just don't be surprised when you've told them your life story and they turn to you and say, Did you just say something?

What's Astrology Good For?

You usually find it on the comics page. Most people who read it make jokes about it; some, under their breath, comment on how spooky it is...

This is not Astrology. Consider:

If someone wrote a column that broke all of us down into 12 types then proceeded to tell us what diseases we had, would you call that Medicine?

I've been an Astrologer for over 36 years and I have a couple of things to say about what it's worth.

First, it is worth studying for the Meaning it can add to our lives. Care must be taken here, though. Any Astrologer that says it can predict your future is Dead Wrong.

Second, it's good for broadening our understanding of just how many factors go to make up a complete person. We All Have All Twelve Signs In Our Natures! No one is lacking any of them. In a complete chart they are all there. True, most people have 4 or 5 emphasized but we all have all twelve.

A good place to get your whole chart for free (plus a free interpretation) is:

http://mychart.Astrologyweekly.com/

Third, Astrology is supreme at helping us track Cycles in our lives. It's very good at answering questions like: Have these circumstances happened before? How can I face them this time with more of my true self? What in my past has a bearing on what's happening now? How can I take what I have now and use it in the best way in the future?

So, more meaning, a broader understanding, and cyclic awareness. Not bad for something that can't even predict the future, eh?

TelescopeWhich One is Right for You?

A telescope can be a wonderful tool for those who have always been fascinated by the night sky. With the right model you may be able to see the Planets, Stars, and the moon with greater clarity than you had ever imagined before. But, how will you know which model is right for you? You can choose from a reflective or a refractive model and you must also think about the power and magnification of the telescope that will be most useful along with the portability, the mount and the cost.

1. What is the difference between a reflective and a refractive scope? A reflective scope uses mirrors to focus the image and the light while a refractive scope uses curved glass lenses to focus the light and the image. Generally the reflector telescope is better for deep sky viewing and the refractor is better f or lunar and planetary viewing. You can also find a compound telescope which uses both glass and mirrors which is better for general viewing.

2. If you think that the greater the power and magnification on a scope, the better it is, you would be mistaken. Generally, the best and clearest images are seen on lower magnification. If you want greater magnification you can always purchase different lenses to supplement your original lens. The main consideration should be the aperture. The aperture is how much light the telescope will let in and be able to focus and this should be one of your main considerations.

3. For those who want to take their telescope with them when they go out into the woods hiking or camping, portability should be an important consideration-especially if you will also be taking a mount and a tripod. If you will simply be setting it up at home, these will not be such important factors.

4. You can choose from one of a few differe nt types of mounts for your telescope-here are two of the most popular: An altazimuth mount allows the scope to move horizontally and vertically and is perfect for beginners. The equatorial mount is favored by professional astronomers and allows the scope to move perpendicularly along the line of the equator to follow the movement of Stars and other objects across the sky.

5. Your budget should be one of the most important considerations when choosing a telescope. They range in price anywhere from under fifty dollars to thousands. As a beginner, you will probably want to stay at the lower end of the price spectrum, but consider getting a scope that will allow you to add pieces as you get more experienced and your interest grows.

You can find a lot of information to help you to choose your first telescope online. Information about how scopes work, what all of the scientific jargon means, and also the best places to purchase a scope. Before you make this purc hase, educate yourself so that you can feel confident and comfortable that you have made a good choice and you will be able to focus your energy on the night sky.

Cancer Sign North Node Your Soul's Mission and Path to Fulfillment

The nodes (south and north node) are two points in an astrological chArt that possess priceless information about one's karmic past and soul-destined future. Calculated by using the birth data of the individual, the nodes symbolize the unique life path that one is on and can answer many questions about his own, as well as his pArtner's, inner struggles and desires -- answers that can transform not only his relationship but his life.

Since there are twelve signs of the zodiac, there are also twelve unique nodal positions -- each pair of nodes (north and south) representing two opposite signs of the zodiac. For instance, a Cancer Sign N orth Node is paired with a Capricorn Sign South Node because they are opposites. And because they are opposites, they create a clear picture of the dualistic struggle that resides within the Cancer north node/Capricorn south node individual.

Often, the individual is unaware of the war taking place inside, a situation that could go on for years. As time passes he is dumfounded by his inability to progress in life - professionally, emotionally, and spiritually. He doesn't understand why he keeps repeating the same mistakes over and over again and continues to dwell on the past as he desperately dreams of the future.

All of us have our own set of visible (and invisible) struggles to work through -- obstacles that the Nodes of the Moon can help us isolate and resolve while simultaneously freeing us to move forward on our destined path.

We all know that knowledge is power...and that's why I offer a bit of it to you...to give you the str ength and courage you need to not only live, but thrive.

This week I'd like to begin with a brief overview of the Cancer North Node/Capricorn South Node position.

To stArt, let's take a look at some keywords. These words describe the polarity between these two opposing signs and can offer you a glimpse of the soul journey that the individual with this nodal position is on.

Just remember that the south node represents old patterns of being - patterns that have accumulated over lifetimes that now need to be acknowledged and released. The north node, on the other hand, represents the soul's potential - the direction of the future...the behavioral habits that will lead the individual to greater happiness and the kind of life that will fulfill him.

Here are s ome Capricorn South Node behavioral patterns -- patters that the individual must pArt with if he is to live an emotionally rich life:

Overly ambitiouspessimisticinsensitiveoverly cautiousarrogantobsessed with the pastdisciplinarianalways needs rulesmaterialisticunresponsivesternstubborn.

Here are some Cancer North Node behavioral patterns that the individual might find foreign at first, but ones that he needs to aspire to if he is to connect to his true potential and the existence his soul both needs and desires:

Nurturingsensitiveintuitivematernalsupportivefaithfultenaciousprotectiveromanticvalues familydevotedfocuses on homeempatheticemotional.

The journey from a Capricorn south node to a Cancer north node will take some work. But so does everything el se that holds so much potential. The key is to never lose sight of the ultimate goal and move towards it until it firmly lies within your hands.

The Cancer north node reveals a soul that has spent numerous incarnations as an opinioned, well-respected, and accomplished member of the community. It worked hard to achieve its once prominent level of recognition and enters this lifetimes wanting, needing, and pursuing the same prestige it once had.

The Cancer north node individual also arrives with much inner pride. He has vivid memories of the dignified social presence he once had and can't understand why now, in his present life, he is not getting the respect he knows he deserves. As a result, he spends much of his life trying to regain what he feels he has lost.

In addition to pride, the Cancer north node individual also brings with him memories of past hardships as well as the desire to avoid all imperfection; especially within h imself. He works harder than most yet fails to accomplish all that he sets out to do. And if he feels that a situation might make him seem inadequate, he will go far out of his way to escape the embarrassment; even if it means making himself emotionally and/ or physically ill.

Karmic residues of materialism and self-righteousness are also not foreign to him. Rarely will he accept the advice of others; secretly thinking that he knows best. Seldomly will he share his honest feelings because he believes in personal privacy and is unable to accept any form of criticism. And being the opportunist that he is, will strategically place himself in situations where there is something to be gained; not hesitating for one moment if offered the chance to use another's weakness for his own benefit. All of this is done secretly of course, as to not damage the respectful image he has worked so hard to create for himself.

Unfortunately, or fortunately, depending on how you want to look at it, the Cancer north node will ask him to leave his rigid ways behind and soften his walls when dealing with others. He will be asked to trade his arrogance for emotional honesty and will be shown the benefits of nurturing and being nurtured. And most importantly, he will asked to gradually open himself up to his Cancerian sensitivity.

At times he might feel the urge to resist this transformation; feeling comfortable with the habits he has come to know so well. Yet life, being the wise teacher that it is, will certainly make sure that he stays on his soul-destined path.

As time goes by, he will begin to value life and family more than money, emotional connectedness more than calculated control and new creation more than old baggage. His soul will teach him that the rock which was once him, is now ready to give way and allow some water to seep in. His soul will help him see that one of his greatest pleasures and achievem ents in this lifetime will be to nourish others; both in physical and spiritual ways. His Capricorn south node has overfilled his vesseland so now it is his turn to share its abundance with those who need it.

Having said all that, it might be a good idea to fill your surroundings with as many symbolic representations of the Cancer Sign as possible. Surrounding yourself with Cancer sign colors, Cancer sign fragrances, and Cancer sign ornaments will remind you of the soul mission you're on and help you find your unique path to fulfillment.

Now if it's your mate that has the Cancer sign north node, and you do that for your mate, well...that's about the greatest gift that you could ever give him/or her. Because there's nothing like the feeling one gets when he realizes that he has found someone who really gets him -- a true friend...lover...and the irreplaceable soul companion he's been searching for his entire life.

...that soul comp anion who is you!

Have an adventurous journey my friend!

Setting Psychic Boundaries

With anything that you are learning and developing you need to do develop your psychic with balance, and caution. You must put a general statement to the universe of what you would like to handle. You set boundaries for what you can and cant take in. You clearly define the boundaries of contact. You need to remember that at all times you are the one in control and you can stop contact at any time. You shut down your receiver and stop transmitting at will. You need to become aware of when you are physically drained, and vulnerable, and when you are stronger.

You must also become aware of how to ground yourself, when you need to put up a psychic shield or a wall and how to do this. You must firmly respect your own space and others. No one has the right to control you or bring you under his or her will. You dont have the right to do that to anyone else either. Also only what you allow to take place can take place. If you dont invite or allow contact, contact w ont happen. Some psychics that I knew in the past, refused to see anything visible like a ghost. They will only hear the words or hear the thoughts. Others are more open to seeing graphic images if it will help solve crimes, and stop the person responsible. But this is very advanced and it requires a very strong and courageous medium channel.

A technique of grounding that I read in James Van Praaghs book Heaven, is to imagine that there is a silver cord tied to your tail bone and ankles and that it goes down to the center of the eArth. It wraps around the core of the eArth. Feel how the cord becomes firm and holds you to the eArth. Feel that you are firmly planted on the eArth and held by this silver cord. Say to yourself, Im fully grounded to the eArth. At this time you can reiterate to the universe and to anyone else out there of your boundaries, and that you can break off contact at anytime if these boundaries are crossed or if it no longer feels safe.

Another technique of grounding is to imagine that you are wrapped in a cocoon of light, everything is filled with light and the light wraps around you. See t hat the psychic energy is contained in a column of light that passes through you directly into the ground, so that it doesnt stay in you or on you.

At the end of any conscious psychic session it is necessary to cleanse the energy off you. You can do this by first placing your hands palms down on the top of your head and imagine that you are wiping off thick clear jelly from your head, face and neck. You always clear off to the sides or downward. Imagine as you pass your hands over that a pure white light is entering into each area that your hands pass over.

This jelly that you cleared off with your hands, you now put your hands together and make an action like you are cleaning off crumbs from your hands with a movement that is directed down to the eArth. You can also flick your fingers downward as if you are shaking off water. StArt again with your hands on your chest, and imagine that you are clearing off this thick jelly, wipe your hands together down into the eArth.

Remember clean out to the sides and downward. Go back to your back, hips and buttocks, wipe off and clean your hands into the eArth, and then go back to your arms. Do one arm at a time. You can make a downward brushing motion with your arms and legs. What you say within is Thank you for this session. I no w chose to conclude this session and Im now clearing this energy into the eArth.

Spiritulizing Saturn

HOLDING ON, HOLDING IN, OR HOLDING UP?

We all know that Saturn takes about 28-29 years to encircle the Zodiac, meaning that every planet and angle in your horoscope will be contacted by it that often to ensure its own delightful brand of challenge! And if you live double or triple that age, you'll enjoy that much more of the fun. While Saturn conjuncting anything is always a trial, one of the most difficult of its passages is its journey over (or square, or opposing, et al) the Moon, representing the emotions. We'll get to this later.

Tracking Saturn

In general, there are several ways to experience Saturn's passages, especially the hard ones. Of course, there's the natal (birth) pattern. Occurring during one's formative years, there is nothing to do about it but live through itand some don't! But there are also transits, progressions (secondary and solar arc), returns (solar, lunar, and Saturn's own), eclipses and other lunations. Saturn's transi ts take about three-quarters of a year over a particular degree (although every so often a lucky soul can see it zoom by in mere weeks! 1). This longer passage will feel like an eternity, and in the event of its own return - depending on its natal aspects - can be one of the more difficult periods in life.

Lunar returns, by definition, last only the month; solar, the year. If Saturn shows up in these in especially difficult aspects, the given period will be problematical. Eclipses and lunations (new and full moons) will trigger natal or newly-formed patterns, and their influence can last anywhere from a few weeks to many months.

And finally (saving the best for last), Saturn's progressions will drag on for a year or two before exactitude and for the good part of the year that it wanes away. (The thing to realize about progressions is that Saturn itself, being a slow-moving outer planet, will not move far from its birth position by secondary progression, but can move quite a distance away from its birth position by solar arc progression (also called solar arc direction), a calculation based upon adding the solar arc to every other planet in the birth chart. This latter type of progression allows Saturn to reach natal planets to which it had no original connection, and also allows other planets to reach it, kind of like a transit.)

Since Saturn's transits to any degree are felt for of a year, and Saturn's solar arc progressions for 3-4 years (two approaching, one on, and one leaving), both types of passages can represent quite a challenging period in one's life. And just for good measure, yes, it's possible to have solar arc Saturn conjuncting a natal planet at the same time that transiting Saturn does so (or makes a hard aspect to it), and even have difficult combinations emphasized by Saturn in a solar return chart, and/or with a few lunations to these sensitive degrees thrown in for good measure! Whew!

Now, just imagine if all that damage was focused on the one planet in your chart where you're most vulnerable: the Moon! I'll get to this in a moment.

The Principle of Containment

As a Capricorn with my natal Saturn in aspect to my Sun, Mercury, Moon, Node, Jupiter, and Pluto, and having recently experienced a Saturn station on an angle, and both a prolonged solar arc progressed Saturn-Moon combination and a Saturn transit squaring my Moon, and soon to have a hard Saturn transit that will form a grand cardinal cross to Sun, Mercury and Midheaven), I've found myself contemplating Saturn's energy in order to figure out a positive way to handle it. (It was either that, or curl up and fetal-ize!) In this regard, I've come up with what I'll call The Principle of Containment. It uses both Saturn's limitations and Capricorn's patience and gallows humor, and its application will, I believe, carry you to wisdom and empowerment.

In short, what I'm prop osing is a way to handle Saturn in order to mitigate but not deny suffering.

Emotional Pain

Sometimes emotional pain comes about through a loss, but it can also occur because of a lesson. While the key event often occurs under a hard Saturn passage, it sometimes happens earlier and is suffered only when Saturn forms its subsequent aspect, such as the shell-shock of a dynamic incident and the later unfolding of its ensuing emotion. When people are in pain, they either grieve and suffer or repress their ache, as though these are their only choices. Whereas grief is healthy and repression is not, excess grief can run amok and paralyze. Sadness, given full rein, can devolve into depression, illness, isolation, and many other lingering negative expressions of aching emotion.

In truth, it's neither the loss, restriction, or frustration of the lesson that causes suffering; it's the emotions that arise from such. If we, as humans, did not have the gift o f feelings we would react to the event as do animals: in the moment, alert, processing the new development, taking the change in stride, and moving on 2. We wouldn't develop anxieties, diseases, and complexes, or need Prozac! There is a lot to learn from the animals, who bear up to their fate with aplomb, and simply integrate all that befalls them into their total experience of being-ness, whereas humans dramatize their plights and make mountains out of the simplest travail. You are above the animal kingdom but not separate from it. Look to the creatures of the physical plane as a kind of role model, and take what comes as part of your lessons, part of your destiny.

-- Received via The Brotherhood of Light Workers on 8/31/01

In the case of natal (karmic, very early) experience, we can do little about this because on a soul level we've chosen to begin life with certain challenges and don't have enough self-awareness as yet to do anything about our childho od predicaments. But as adults we have choice. And choice can lead us away from suffering and into something more manageable, more contented. Curiously, as this concept was jelling in my mind, an article appeared in a national magazine 3 discussing the burgeoning understanding that a tenet of modern psychotherapy - remembering and venting one's trauma - may produce more suffering than healing for the patient. Researchers, in other words, are realizing that the upshot of encouraging someone to wallow in his or her pain only prolongs darkness, resulting in the opposite of health. The article went on to proclaim the virtues of repressing the dark memories instead of dwelling in them.

This direction is similar to where I too was headed, except that rather than head backwards towards repression, I'm veering off towards something else, something that can be considered a different way of handling one's pain. I've chosen to call it containment. Let me explain:

Containment versus Repression

Pain is an emotion. (We're not discussing the physical kind of pain here, but this process can have application even for that.) Emotion is, almost by definition, the opposite of structure, of form, of boundaries. It's hard to uncover emotion's borders: when did it begin, what is its middle, and when will it end? Likewise, it's difficult if not impossible to assign a measurable quality to emotion: is it weak or strong? Does my pain hurt more than yours? At best, emotional pain is relative. It's relative from person to person, and from one event to another. It's relative over the passage of time. And it's even relative in the way people process an event through their heredity, culture, age and so forth. The stoic and the hysteric will react quite differently to the same incident, as will the youth and the sage, or the hero and the 98-lb.-weakling! But none of it can be considered wrong. It's all just part of being human. The only generalization about emotional pain that is always true is that we hate being in it and devoutly want to get past it when we are!

Emotional pain is one of the most human of all conditions. Its sufferance leads directly to compassion, the ability to empathize with another whose pain is recognized and remembered. Those few people who are really incapable of feeling pain exhibit behavior that the rest of us usually label inhuman - cold, robotic, deadened, unfeeling, zombie-ish. In fact, other than a few really new souls (called infant souls), most of those who exhibit such behavior are actually so numbed by prolonged and acute pain that their only coping strategy is to retreat into an unfeeling state. It is beyond the scope of this article, or my training, to explore such type of psychological trauma further, but it's my intention to provide an alternative approach to those of us who are facing pain that is still within manageable proportions.

The two us ual coping strategies, as mentioned, are repression and expression. By the latter, to express, is meant to let grief have full rein ad infinitum whereas by the former, to repress, is meant to bury, to forcibly stuff under. My dictionary defines repression thus: To keep under restraint or control. To put down; quell, as a rebellion. To check, curb, rein, restrain, subdue, suppress. This takes energy and is hard work. The image I get is of something rascally that wants to keep popping out, or worse, something monstrous under wraps that wants to escape! Neither choice seems desirable to me.

On the other hand, there is this thing I've been talking about: containment. My dictionary defines containment this way: The act or fact of containing; holding, enclosing, surrounding. To include or compromise. To keep within bounds, as oneself or one's feelings. It seems a much better strategy. Emotional pain can be held in conscious awareness, enclosed and surrounded by ob servation, neither allowed to run wild nor pushed down into the subconscious. It can be witnessed and thus managed. The principle of containment means that you can learn to sit with your pain without needing to run from itso long as you learn how to negotiate it. What better way to use Saturn to your Moon than to create a protective structure within which your feelings can be held as you work with your other powers to endure, to thrive, and to remain creative?

How to Practice Containment

How does it work? How can you utilize it as a valuable technique in a period of sadness? I would not be able to teach this if I had not applied it to my own experience first. Yes, it takes effort. Yes, you will lapse, then have another go at it! But it's do-able, especially for us astrologers who have the priceless gift of foresight to see happier times ahead. We, more than any humans on earth, can define the boundaries of our time of pain, knowing when it will end or be surpassed by happier energies. Pain is felt viscerally. Let me try to describe it. Your heart aches. Your gut is tense, upset, unsettled. Your thoughts go straight to gloom, to every misery you ever felt of a similar nature, to every depressive expectation you ever cradled in your mind.

When an attempt is made to see ahead, you can envision only a future full of the same misery as you now feel. So, quite literally, the past, present and future all stink! And there's no surcease, no space for anything but the aching. It's hell to reside in your body or your mind. For God's sake, you're in pain!!! What would it take to remain in the present, to observe the pain? First, you'd need to strengthen your core and center your energies by pulling in all loose ends. Believe in yourself. Learn to tame neediness. Don't rush outwards in a vain search for escape (pills, alcohol, co-dependency, risky gambling - in fact, every addiction). Every person you lean on is one of your loose ends. (Having loose ends is the opposite of feeling whole.) Every substance you turn to is another loose end. All such actions dissipate your power. You'd have to watch yourself sending energies outward to these places in a self-defeating attempt to numb the misery, and then wake up to see this very process as weakening. You'd have to find the strength to pull back inwards every useless act of this sort, every wasteful action.

When you pull in all your loose strings, you find yourself growing stronger, more whole, less and less needy. Next, you'd need to protect your boundaries. Say no! If a person is the source (cause) of your pain, cut him/her loose. Even if he/she is beloved, or family, remove yourself from his/her influence (at least temporarily). Aloneness is not the source of pain when togetherness was the root of it in the first place. Go within; get to know yourself much better. Enjoy yourself for your blessed qualities, and deliberately erase (cancel out) any hurtful comments another has made about youproviding that you first gain any morsels of wisdom from such, if possible. Polish the beauty of your true nature; eradicate the obvious imperfections. But never buy into the ugliness of another's jealous words. Make it your project to love yourself, and to project that love outwards. Work hard at being (becoming) a terrific person to be around, and you'll soon find others gravitating towards your magnetic attraction. And finally, you'd need to look for help only by going upwards (spiritual searching) not outwards (other people, dependency). Immerse yourself in wisdom teachings.

Seek authentic masters, and reject the phonies. Learn the spiritual trick of moving into joy by altering your thought construct(s). Then the chemistry of the body will follow. In a recent article, 4 factors that constituted authentic happiness included an everybody wins strategy, tapping into good moments and successes i n the past to deal with present problems, determining which strengths to use or avoid with particular people or situations, finding open doors when others close them, enhancing relationships by aligning one's own with one's partner's strengths, and leaving a legacy. In another recent article, 5 listing (i.e., counting) one's blessings resulted in marked improvements in mental health and even some aspects of physical health as well.

This way lays empowerment!
